Online Discussion

I feel that posting my views on a discussion forum could be a better thing than having a face-to-face discussion in some ways. Just like in real life, I am able to express my views as freely as I want, but should always refrain from posting negative remarks or comments because no one likes to hear negative comments. Therefore posting views on a online discussion forum allows one to think before they "speak".

Face-to-face discussions in class are also good, because the message you are trying to relay will reach people quicker. However what if there is too many people speaking at the same time. The discussion will be in a big mess and there will always be someone who will never get to relay his/her views. And also, not everyone will be able to remember what the other person had said.

Thus, I find this online activity meaningful because it gives everyone a chance to express their views and able to read every single person's views.
